The N'Back training method is designed to enhance both sensory memory and working memory through systematic exercises that require participants to recall sequences of numbers. This exercise can be adjusted using three distinct modes: Flash Mode, Slow Mode, and Step Mode, allowing for a customizable experience based on individual proficiency levels.

In the 1-back task, participants are prompted to count and memorize a series of numbers. After a specified interval, they must recall the number that appeared one step earlier in the sequence using the keyboard to provide their answer. This format helps to progressively build memory retention and cognitive response.
